At House of Meows, every product is handcrafted and made-to-order using premium materials. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict policy to maintain quality, fairness, and transparency.

All orders placed on House of Meows are final.

❌ No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed

As each product immediately goes into production, we are unable to stop or reverse the process after confirmation.

We only assist with exchanges in case of damage during transit, subject to strict conditions below.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  2. The video must show:
    • Sealed package before opening
    • Full unboxing process
    • Visible damage clearly
  3. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

❌ Claims will NOT be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Video is edited / incomplete / unclear
  • Complaint is raised after 48 hours
  • Product is used, altered, or mishandled

Important:

  • No refunds will be given
