At House of Meows, every product is handcrafted and made-to-order using premium materials. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict policy to maintain quality, fairness, and transparency.
π« Order Cancellation Policy
All orders placed on House of Meows are final.
β No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed
As each product immediately goes into production, we are unable to stop or reverse the process after confirmation.
π Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- We do not offer monetary refunds
- We do not accept returns
We only assist with exchanges in case of damage during transit, subject to strict conditions below.
π¦ Damaged / Transit Issue Policy (Mandatory)
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
β You must:
- Record a clear, continuous unboxing video
- The video must show:
- Sealed package before opening
- Full unboxing process
- Visible damage clearly
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
β Claims will NOT be accepted if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Video is edited / incomplete / unclear
- Complaint is raised after 48 hours
- Product is used, altered, or mishandled
π Exchange Policy (If Approved)
β Only applicable for transit damage cases
β Exchange will be processed after verification
Important:
- No refunds will be given
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- If replacement product value differs:
- Lower value β no refund of difference
- Higher value β difference to be paid by customer
π Shipping Charges on Exchanges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Reverse shipping + re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer

During unforeseen situations Like Monsoon, Water Logging

- Delays may occur due to limited staff or logistics
Customer safety and product quality remain our priority.
β Shortage / Defect Reporting
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, failing which the product will be considered accepted in good condition.

- Cancel or refuse any order
- Request additional verification
If cancelled by us after payment, the amount will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
